How to Use
- Step 1: Wash your hands
- Step 2: open the pad wrapper
- Step 3: peel off the back adhesive strip
- Step 4: place the pad in the center of your underwear
- Step 5: secure the wings if available
- Step 6: adjust for a comfortable fit
- Step 7: change the pad every 4–6 hours or as needed
- Step 8: and wrap and dispose of the used pad properly in a bin.
