Shipping Policy 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.  

  • Delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on location.  

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.  

  • SHI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.  

Replacement Policy (No Refunds) 

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, SHI follows a strict no refund policy. Only replacements are provided under valid conditions. 

Eligible for Replacement 

  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery  

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging  

  • Valid reason such as:  

  • Damaged product  

  • Defective item  

  • Wrong product received  

  • Photo or video proof may be required  

Not Eligible 

  • Used or opened products  

  • Requests made after 7 days  

  • Damage due to misuse  

  • Change of mind or personal preference  

Replacement Process

  1. Order ID  

  1. Issue description  

  1. Photo/video proof  

  1. Our team will review your request  

  1. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped
